Bria turned three weeks old today. It is hard to believe how much she has grown and developed since we brought her home just a short time ago. Bria weighed 7 pounds and 4 ounces on Thursday. She is now almost out of newborn clothes and into 0-3 months, although the next size will probably look a little big on her for a while.
We have begun to learn her personality and preferences. Bria is quite laid-back and usually cries only when she is hungry or needs her diaper changed. We are thankful that her cries usually have a purpose that we can figure out! She has begun a routine of being awake from about 9:00-11:00 pm and likes to lay on the floor and enjoy "squiggle time". We are also fortunate that she sleeps for about two four hour increments through the night. While we are still tired new parents, we know that she could be wearing us out a lot more! We will continue to keep you updated on the growth and milestones in our beautiful little girl's life.
