Lately, it seems as if life is flying by. Wasn't I just pregnant with Little Belle and living in Indiana? We are happily settling in in Spring Arbor. Our boxes are mostly unpacked, and those that remain will be taken care of gradually. Ryan has been busy hitting the recruiting trail, making phone calls and planning for the upcoming year at SAU. I have been organizing, unpacking and beginning to look for a position at the local hospital. We feel so blessed that I will be able to return to work on a contingent basis, which will maximize my time home with our precious girls and especially help with our hectic schedule when basketball season is in full swing. With all this said, life has been moving fast, but how freeing it has been to feel that God has directed every step of our way in moving to Michigan and placing us here.





Our girls are simply fabulous! Bria sends us into fits of laughter on nearly a daily basis with her comments about anything and everything. Lately, she has been starting phrases with, "Brias like..." such as, "Brias like to use sweeping things." Campbelle even gets in on the action when Bria decides, "Campbelles like..." or "Campbelles don't like..." Oh to understand the mind of a toddler! Most recently, Bria decided that she is ready to go to school. Luckily, she told Ryan that he could come too since he is big enough for school! As she gets older, we notice more and more her tender-hearted nature mixed with her strong-will. What a combination, but we would not have it any other way. She is our precious Little Bug!





Sweet Campbelle Hope is growing fast. We look back at pictures from just a month ago and can't believe how her little wrist and leg rolls have formed! She seems to have a very attentive and particular air about her. Campbelle is constantly watching all that is going on around her and holds herself up so high when she lays on her stomach... she does not want to miss a thing! I think her particular nature probably comes from me. She only likes to be held certain ways, usually by only certain people and will not eat from a bottle. It has made us realize how early our children's personalities begin to shine through.







The next few weeks will be busy as we first set off to enjoy Ryan's cousin Andrew's wedding to his beautiful bride Alyssa. His parents will be staying with us the week following the wedding and then it's off to Lakeside where his oldest sister will be getting married at the beginning of the week! I have the privilege of making Susan and Rob's wedding cake, which I hope will be a delight! We hope to take a trip down to Mt Vernon to visit our close friends and introduce them to Campbelle before coming back home to Michigan. Sometime in there we would like to paint Bria's room "Taylor purple." We are trying to increase her affinity for "Spring Arbor blue" but it has yet to happen!

We are continuing to look for a church in the area, and praying that God will provide a place where our church is our family and where we can become involved. After moving so much in the last few years, we have realized finding a good church home takes perseverance, but we will press on! As September nears, Ryan and I are excited about experiencing SAU during the school year and becoming better acquainted with his team and assistant coaches. His job is truly a ministry for both of us, and we are excited for what God has in store for our time here. With that in mind, we can't wait to share the house that God has provided to host his team, their families and anyone else God brings our way!

My next post should bring pictures of a couple of beautiful weddings and two decked out little girls! I love having my two precious girls to dress up! Can't wait to share our upcoming adventures!
